FAQ

Yes, we ship all over the world. Shipping costs will apply, and will be
added at checkout. We run discounts and promotions all year, so stay tuned for exclusive deals.

Orders typically take 1 business day (Mon-Sat) to be processed but can
vary based on the size and complexity of your order. For US based customers, standard shipping is 2-5 business days (typically 3 or less).
Overseas deliveries can take anywhere from 7-16 days. Delivery details will be provided in your confirmation email.

We use all major carriers, and local courier partners. You’ll be asked to select a delivery method during checkout.

In order to be eligible for a return, your order must be in the same
condition that you received it in and/or must be received either in error on our part or damaged in shipping. For sanitary reasons, we cannot accept returns or exchanges on used or otherwise opened items products.
